Leigh (@lshfoster) and Ellie (@elliebrigida) hang out with actor Clarissa Thibeaux (@clarissa) to talk about the early 2000s “girl power” Disney animated series Kim Possible. Call me, beep me, if you wanna reach me. When you wanna page me, that’s real gay! This show had everything from the kick-ass teenage heroine in a problematic age gap ship with her nemesis to the campy gay villain with Frank N. Furter vibes. Shego singlehandedly made an entire generation of baby gays recognize their queerness and that’s not a feat to be taken lightly. Kim Possible also has iconic queer fashion that still holds up to this day. Don’t even lie, there are cargo pants and a crop top in your closet right now. We know one thing for sure, Kim Possible Should’ve Been Gay. Follow along on Twitter: Lez Hang Out (@lezhangoutpod) and answer our Q & Gay at the end of every episode.
